- Design and execute long-term procurement strategies focusing on cost reduction, quality, risk management, and innovation
- Lead cross-functional teams and oversee supplier performance
- Implement new product development sourcing
- Leverage technology for efficiency and ensure supply chain resilience
- Develop and implement enterprise-wide sourcing strategies
- Manage key supplier relationships and negotiate contracts
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and conduct market analysis
- Develop strategies to manage supply chain disruptions and assess vendor risk
- Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Legal to align sourcing with business objectives
- Stay current on market trends and procurement technologies.
Requirements
- Proven leadership and team management
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business or related discipline
- Advanced degree preferred
- Expertise in contract negotiation and large-scale, international agreements across a diverse supplier base
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decisions
- Deep understanding of supply chain dynamics and risk management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
