About the role
- Manage the whole customer experience from product support to delivery acceptance
- Follow up after-sales service and assist in quality improvement
- Submit monthly demand forecast and sales reports
Requirements
- Responsible for project sales and channel sales in the region
- Actively selling products and services through primary and secondary agents
- Establishing good relationships with end customers
- Achieving annual sales targets
- Increasing market share and maximizing sales profits
- Develop, cultivate and manage regional and industry dealer network
- Urging and assisting dealers to establish good customer relations
- Completing annual target and improving market share and profit
- Track and monitor sales project progress
- Prepare good quotes and manage customer purchase processes
- Provide on-site application and technical consulting services
- Analyze needs of specific industries and customers
- Demonstrate and present solutions provided
- Report to direct supervisor on customer tracking and project reviews
