About the role
- Assist the Installation Fitter in their day-to-day activities
- Disassembly and removal of redundant pipework
- Removal of redundant compressed air equipment
- Positioning of new compressed air pipework
- Installation of new compressed air system and distribution pipework
- Work area housekeeping
- Setting out and packing-up of work areas
- Assist Installation Fitter with removal / positioning of compressed air equipment
- Assist Installation Fitter with installation of compressed air pipework and bracketry
Requirements
- English speaking & reading (essential)
- Driving licence (preferred)
- Able to follow instructions and their own initiative when required
- Physically fit and prepared to work in demanding industrial environments
- Good teamwork & communication skills
- A good awareness of health and safety
- Basic understanding of hand & power tools
