About the role
- Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and channels to market.
- Collaborate with the National Sales Director to align divisional goals with broader company objectives.
- Work collaboratively with the Channel Sales Manager to optimise channel performance and coverage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors, partners, and key accounts.
- Engage directly with high-value customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a national sales leadership role, ideally within tools, industrial equipment, or technical products.
- Strong understanding of pneumatic and battery-powered hand tools and their applications.
- Demonstrated success in channel development and strategic account management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to travel nationally as required.
- ‘C’ class driver’s license.
