About the role

  • Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and channels to market.
  • Collaborate with the National Sales Director to align divisional goals with broader company objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with the Channel Sales Manager to optimise channel performance and coverage.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors, partners, and key accounts.
  • Engage directly with high-value customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a national sales leadership role, ideally within tools, industrial equipment, or technical products.
  • Strong understanding of pneumatic and battery-powered hand tools and their applications.
  • Demonstrated success in channel development and strategic account management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to travel nationally as required.
  • ‘C’ class driver’s license.
