About the role

  • Define the company’s overall strategy
  • Build a coordinated approach to the growth strategy including customer expansion, geographic expansion, product expansion and segment expansion
  • Define the company’s vision
  • Define the means to be implemented to achieve the vision
  • Define budgets
  • Define company performance indicators
  • Communicate, control and monitor the implementation of the strategy
  • Responsible for all P&L operations and product operations within the scope of responsibility, including manufacturing, purchasing and logistics, quality and engineering
  • Coordinate execution within each function, supervising managers to build an efficient team and establish a positive working environment
  • Participate in the Group’s global management activities for Milton Roy Europe
  • Continuous improvement – The Site Leader defines continuous improvement objectives, communicates these objectives to all employees, defines the means to be implemented and ensures that the objectives are achieved
  • EHS – The Site Leader defines the quality and EHS policy and is responsible for implementing the site risk reduction policy. They ensure that all measures are implemented to achieve the goal of zero accidents on site and to comply with environmental regulations.

Requirements

  • Engineering degree with technical experience
  • 10+ years' experience in successful industrial management
  • Relevant cross-functional management knowledge
  • Fluent in French and English
