About the role
- Define the company's overall strategy
- Communicate, oversee and monitor the implementation of the strategy
- Responsible for all P&L and product operations
- Coordinate execution across departments
- Participate in group-wide management initiatives for Milton Roy Europe
- Define continuous improvement objectives
- Define quality and EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) policy.
Requirements
- Engineering degree with technical experience
- More than 10 years of successful industrial management experience
- Relevant cross-functional management expertise
- Proficiency in English (Linguaskill C1)
