About the role
- Own and manage the Eloqua platform roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and marketing strategies.
- Lead and mentor the Eloqua development team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Define and prioritize product backlog items, user stories, and enhancements based on stakeholder requirements.
- Act as the primary liaison between marketing, IT, and development teams to ensure smooth delivery of features and integrations.
- Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives in accordance with Scrum methodology.
- Monitor platform performance, data quality, and compliance with best practices.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Stay up-to-date with Eloqua capabilities, marketing automation trends, and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders from across the business to identify opportunities for marketing technology to reduce costs, increase sales, and improve efficiencies.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, fluent written & spoken English required, ability to work in a global environment.
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Able to efficiently manage stakeholders with competing priorities.
- Up to date with current and emerging digital marketing trends.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Ability to pivot quickly and make fast decisions based on changing needs in a high growth environment.
- Strategic mindset that can see beyond the day-to-day to help the business achieve long-term customer acquisition and retention goals.
