About the role
- Advise and support managers and employees on labor law matters
- Manage and implement all employee lifecycle processes at the site
- Prepare and review monthly payroll
- Maintain and further develop our time management system
- Maintain the HRIS and ensure accurate data
- Serve as a point of contact for the works council and actively contribute to the development of works agreements
- Create and maintain statistics, reports and personnel files
- Participate in HR projects and continuously optimize processes
Requirements
- Completed training as a Personnel Specialist (Personalfachkaufmann/-frau) or a degree with a focus on Human Resources Management
- 4–7 years of professional experience in HR
- Solid knowledge of labor law, HR processes and cooperation with works councils
- Experience working with collective bargaining agreements in the metal and electrical industries
- Experience with time management systems
- Proficient in MS Office
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
