About the role
- To explore new customers, applications and markets.
- Understand the application process and generate new inquiries for Blowers.
- Provide techno- commercial support to all the customers.
- Handle channel partners in West Bengal, Odisha, Assam, Jharkhand and expand the business through channels.
- To handle specified West Bengal, Odisha, Assam, Jharkhand independently.
- Prepare weekly visit plans with a view to serving all the existing customers and to adding new customers to the portfolio.
- Prepare monthly sales projections in view of annual sales targets.
- To retain all the existing customers and focus on generating more revenue from them.
- To provide after-sales support to the customers in close coordination with the service team.
- Keep close eye on the competitor’s activities and develop & implement sound strategy to counter competition.
Requirements
- BE/ B-Tech- Mechanical.
- 4-8 yrs experience in sales and marketing in water and wastewater segment.
- Strong verbal or written communication skills.
- Must be strong in Negotiation with Customers.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Hindi is essential.
- A high degree of competence in presentation and customer handling is required.
- Must have sound knowledge of MS. Office
- Must be comfortable with CRM tools like ZOHO, Salesforce etc.
