About the role

  • To explore new customers, applications and markets.
  • Understand the application process and generate new inquiries for Blowers.
  • Provide techno- commercial support to all the customers.
  • Handle channel partners in West Bengal, Odisha, Assam, Jharkhand and expand the business through channels.
  • To handle specified West Bengal, Odisha, Assam, Jharkhand independently.
  • Prepare weekly visit plans with a view to serving all the existing customers and to adding new customers to the portfolio.
  • Prepare monthly sales projections in view of annual sales targets.
  • To retain all the existing customers and focus on generating more revenue from them.
  • To provide after-sales support to the customers in close coordination with the service team.
  • Keep close eye on the competitor’s activities and develop & implement sound strategy to counter competition.

Requirements

  • BE/ B-Tech- Mechanical.
  • 4-8 yrs experience in sales and marketing in water and wastewater segment.
  • Strong verbal or written communication skills.
  • Must be strong in Negotiation with Customers.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Hindi is essential.
  • A high degree of competence in presentation and customer handling is required.
  • Must have sound knowledge of MS. Office
  • Must be comfortable with CRM tools like ZOHO, Salesforce etc.
