About the role
- Provide sales and customer support of Maximum Ag Technologies products to swine and poultry operations
- Responsible for expanding and developing sales market within region.
- Provide intensive guidance and follow-up to distributors.
- Follow-up with key accounts/integrators
- Analyze market position in region and achieve optimum info through relationships.
- Close cooperation with all departments and distributors.
- Act as a coordinating role in execution and follow-up of projects.
- Responsible for assigned region.
Requirements
- Associate's degree
- Require 50-75% travel.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of all Max Ag products
- Provide professional, courteous customer service to external customers
- troubleshooting technical equipment issues
- Build and maintain strong relationships with growers, dealers, retailers, and key influencers
- Organize and lead sales meetings, training seminars, and customer events
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans
- Perform timely price quoting
- Assist in onboarding and training new team members
