About the role

  • Provide sales and customer support of Maximum Ag Technologies products to swine and poultry operations
  • Responsible for expanding and developing sales market within region.
  • Provide intensive guidance and follow-up to distributors.
  • Follow-up with key accounts/integrators
  • Analyze market position in region and achieve optimum info through relationships.
  • Close cooperation with all departments and distributors.
  • Act as a coordinating role in execution and follow-up of projects.
  • Responsible for assigned region.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree
  • Require 50-75% travel.
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of all Max Ag products
  • Provide professional, courteous customer service to external customers
  • troubleshooting technical equipment issues
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with growers, dealers, retailers, and key influencers
  • Organize and lead sales meetings, training seminars, and customer events
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans
  • Perform timely price quoting
  • Assist in onboarding and training new team members
