About the role
- Provide support to the sales force in application/use of equipment through customer specification/requirements.
- Provide timely, accurate, and complete replies to inquiries from Field Sales and Product Managers.
- Assist in obtaining drawing, documentation, and test requirements for quotes, orders, and shipped equipment.
- Create and maintain a database of special quotes to improve quote accuracy.
- Develop and communicate project/product scope requirements for complex engineered jobs.
- Review specifications and create proposals for engineered products including delivery and price.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree – Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Application Engineering, Contract Engineering, Product Management and/or Sales, preferably in industrial engineering markets
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point, AutoCAD
- Knowledge in Compressor Technology
