About the role
- Achieve regional Spare parts sales targets for the Delhi NCR and North India territory
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key customers
- Manage and support the regional Dealers.
- Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Conduct technical presentations, proposal preparation, and commercial negotiations
- Collaborate with the Execution and engineering teams for solution development
- Provide market insights and competitor intelligence to support business development
Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation preferred)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical service or After sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English (Hindi and other regional languages are a plus)
- Based in Delhi NCR
- 50–60% travel within the North India region
