Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or GED.
Successfully pass a background check.
At least 2 years of experience in customer service and/or sales.
A strong sense of urgency, ownership, and follow-through.
Comfortable juggling multiple priorities, moving quickly, and maintaining quality in a fast-paced environment.
You’re self-motivated and thrive in an autonomous role.
You’re open to feedback, eager to learn, and committed to continuous improvement.
You’re comfortable using MS Office Suite, CRM/ATS systems, and multiple digital platforms.
