Key responsibilities & impact

Functions in roles of Account Manager, Project Leader, and/or Project Support on consulting engagements.
Assures that the team is working to achieve on-time completion, works within the project scope, and achieves high client satisfaction rates.
Reinforces identification of up-sell opportunities to be passed to the Sales team.
Engaged in area-specific strategy meetings, development, and implementation of strategic plan initiatives.
Responsible for developing standard processes and compliance with internally approved standards of practice for consulting documentation and deliverables.
Builds and nurtures strong relationships with clients.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree strongly preferred.
Progressive healthcare management experience, preferred.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team to the most effective level.
Demonstrated credibility in managing service lines with a keen understanding of the business implications.
Three years of successful consulting experience in a project leadership role preferred, with the ability to facilitate change, influence people, and effectively listen and communicate, both verbally and in writing.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to exercise a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion, and decision-making.
