About the role
- Sr. Director of Account Management is responsible for managing the hands-on operational aspects of growing the business, leading people, and vendor management.
- Oversees all Account Management functions including strategic planning, monitoring of metrics, and client and vendor relationships.
- Works with corporate compliance to implement and monitor quarterly audits, training and policies to maintain OIG compliance in revenue management.
- Develops growth strategies, processes, and reports; negotiates client contracts; coordinates operational issues with clients and delivery team.
- Manages personnel development, performance evaluations, and fostering a results-driven culture.
- Travels as frequently as the business demands; represents organization with customers and partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and/or Master’s Degree in business, healthcare administration or relevant field, and/or equivalent work experience
