Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent qualification).
  • 7-10 years of professional experience in sales or business development.
  • Proven experience in B2B or B2C consultative sales , with a strong ability to engage clients and drive solutions-based selling.
  • Familiarity with technology and financial services products is essential, as candidates must be able to communicate effectively about these topics.
  • Skilled in negotiation, achieving targets, and guiding teams to success.
  • Clear communicator, persuasive, and able to build strong relationships.
  • Continuously develops skills, remains goal-oriented, and maintains transparency.
  • Expert in tailoring solutions and managing high-value client relationships.
