About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Verify incoming and outgoing shipments by counting, sorting, and weighing goods against shipping documentation.
Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to support daily operations.
Process various orders in SAP, including accessory, small, international, large, and RMA (credit and rework) sales orders.
Perform quality checks on all IMS deliveries and outgoing shipments.
Assist with handling refused deliveries and processing credit RMAs.
Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies to maintain accuracy.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
Accurately perform basic mathematical calculations required for job duties.
Follow oral and written instructions effectively while maintaining clear communication and strong working relationships.
Ensure assigned tasks are completed within established timelines and deadlines, while remaining adaptable to change.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2 years of increasingly responsible experience in warehouse operations responsibilities.
Working knowledge of a computerized inventory control system.
Forklift Certified.
Knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures of a modern warehouse operational environment.
PC computer skills including Microsoft Office Suites knowledge.
SAP proficient.
