Compensation & Benefits Analyst

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze, design, and administer compensation structures and benefits programs across multiple countries
- Conduct job evaluations, salary benchmarking, and internal equity reviews to support fair and competitive pay decisions
- Participate in compensation and benefits surveys to compare organizational practices with market trends
- Support Benefits administration for International Mobility
- Maintain job grading structures using WTW methodology
- Evaluate new and existing roles, assign grades, and ensure alignment with organizational frameworks
- Support the management of annual merit review and bonus payout processes
- Support the drafting and implementation of compensation and benefits policies in alignment with business strategy
- Prepare compensation and benefits dashboards, reports, and insights for leadership decision‑making.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in Compensation, Benefits, or Total Rewards (analyst role)
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (SuccessFactors preferably)
- Advanced Excel and data modeling capabilities
- Knowledge of job evaluation methodologies and grading frameworks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to work independently
- Strong understanding of market trends and regulatory changes
- Experience working in a multi-cultural environment
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to synthesize data
- Ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
