About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze, design, and administer compensation structures and benefits programs across multiple countries
  • Conduct job evaluations, salary benchmarking, and internal equity reviews to support fair and competitive pay decisions
  • Participate in compensation and benefits surveys to compare organizational practices with market trends
  • Support Benefits administration for International Mobility
  • Maintain job grading structures using WTW methodology
  • Evaluate new and existing roles, assign grades, and ensure alignment with organizational frameworks
  • Support the management of annual merit review and bonus payout processes
  • Support the drafting and implementation of compensation and benefits policies in alignment with business strategy
  • Prepare compensation and benefits dashboards, reports, and insights for leadership decision‑making.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in Compensation, Benefits, or Total Rewards (analyst role)
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (SuccessFactors preferably)
  • Advanced Excel and data modeling capabilities
  • Knowledge of job evaluation methodologies and grading frameworks
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong understanding of market trends and regulatory changes
  • Experience working in a multi-cultural environment
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to synthesize data
  • Ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
