About the role
- Prepare, calculate, and analyze detailed variances
- Responsible for monthly accurate variance analysis
- Lead and support annual budget process
- Partner with key stakeholders for performance improvement
- Generate and communicate internal management reporting
- Support accounting month-end close
- Complete special projects and prepare ad hoc analysis
Requirements
- Detail-oriented finance professional
- Passion for insightful analysis and strategic decision-making
- Advanced Excel knowledge, including financial modeling and data analysis
- Experience with multi-dimensional reporting systems such as TM1, BFC, or others
- Strong analytical skills with a structured problem-solving mindset
- Prior experience in management consulting or similar advisory roles is strongly preferred
