About the role

  • During your internship, you will contribute to the analysis and further development of our knowledge platform in SharePoint.
  • The focus is on delivering a positive user experience (UX), a seamless customer journey, and a clear, intuitive structure for users.
  • We welcome your ideas for visualizing and improving the customer journey for different user groups.
  • We look forward to your suggestions for visual improvements to layout, navigation and usability, as well as for redesigning knowledge management pages in SharePoint.
  • You will also be involved in designing page structures, navigation logic and templates.
  • Of course, you will support collaboration with other departments of the bank: you will collect user feedback and, with your UX sensibility, derive concrete proposals for improvement measures.
  • Together with your team, you will further develop our platform and processes and ensure they are optimally aligned with our users' needs.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in UX/UI Design, Media Informatics, Business Informatics, Information Management, Communication Design or a related field, or currently in a gap year between Bachelor's and Master's studies
  • Basic knowledge of web design, information architecture and usability principles
  • Initial practical experience with Microsoft SharePoint (Online)
  • Interest in knowledge management, digital platforms and user-centered design
  • Team player with a structured, independent working style
  • Strong sense for language and target audiences, and good communication skills
  • Proficient in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Eagerness to help shape the world of tomorrow
