About the role

  • You develop strategies and refine our roadmap

Requirements

  • Completed master’s degree
  • Several years of professional experience in the banking and/or brokerage environment
  • Strong understanding of the securities business
  • Confident presence
  • Tact and diplomacy when interacting with the Executive Board and senior management
  • Excellent MS Office skills (particularly PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong business drive
  • Team-player mentality with a collaborative, solution-oriented working style
  • Structured approach and good time management
  • Experience participating in and managing projects
  • Ability to think beyond one’s own scope and develop sustainable solutions
  • Business-fluent German and English
