Design, development of new API solutions using Go language
Maintenance and enhancement of existing APIs
Deployment and management of applications on OpenShift
Contribution to CI/CD pipeline development and optimization
Use various technologies on top of Redhat Enterprise Linux and Windows Server
Build and improve monitoring/alerting and observability across services and automate tasks throughout the platform lifecycle, eg: Prometheus, Grafana, ElasticSearch, Logstash
Collaborate with development teams to understand needs/provide enablement and drive adoption of best practices
Contribute to platform architecture, documentation and internal tooling
Carry out production deployments, identifying and patching bugs and reducing inefficiencies
Provide 24x7 coverage (weekends and evenings) for standby duty on a rotational basis with other team members

Requirements

Have extensive experience in Go programming for API development and maintenance
Have experience in designing and implementing REST APIs
Understand CI/CD principles and practices
Have experience with GIT
Have knowledge of project patterns
Have knowledge of OpenAPI specification
Have basic knowledge of issues related to databases
English level B2/C1
Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift) is a plus
Experience with Azure DevOps is a plus
Knowledge of event streaming platform (Apache Kafka) is a plus
Hands-on experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) administration is a plus
Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, ELK stack) is a plus
