About the role
- Lead the Guided & Relationship Banking team and business advisors
- Realize ambitious commercial objectives and plan further development of the team
- Responsible for the training and development of business advisors
- Write credit applications and ensure team performance
- Facilitate collaboration between teams and departments
- Report to the Lead RAST Lending and support broader objectives
Requirements
- Master’s degree & equivalent experience
- Command of the Dutch language at a fluent level
- 5+ years of experience in sales with demonstrable experience in Business Banking and specifically business lending
- 3+ years of experience in leading, managing and developing professionals
- Background in Business Banking and understanding of both digital and human service models
- Experienced in managing a sales team and can enthuse and inspire colleagues
- Structured way of thinking, working, and presenting oneself
- Interest in trends and innovations in business and aware of market developments and broader economy
