About the role
- Passionately lead the remote advisors of the Easy Banking Team.
- Realize ambitious commercial objectives of the team.
- Plan and execute efforts for further development of the Easy Banking team.
- Responsible for training and development of advisors in the team.
- Contribute independently to commercial objectives of the remote advice team.
Requirements
- Master’s degree & equivalent experience
- Command of the Dutch language at a fluent level
- 5+ years of experience in sales with demonstrable experience in Business Banking and business lending
- Experience in leading, managing and developing professionals
- Background in Business Banking with understanding of digital and human services models
- Experience in managing a sales team and ability to enthuse and inspire colleagues.
