About the role
- Your market knowledge and expertise will play a decisive role in developing and delivering a successful product offering for our affluent clients in the area of brokerage and securities.
- You translate customer needs into well-designed customer journeys and take responsibility — from initiation through planning to execution — for conceptual tasks and projects in the securities business with a focus on brokerage.
- You monitor trends, analyze information and draw constructive conclusions for the development of (new) products and features for our Direct Depot.
- You also contribute to strategic product and pricing design in this context.
- You build a dense network to identify growth and action areas.
Requirements
- Degree in economics, banking/financial services training or a comparable qualification
- Several years of expertise in the securities business with a solid overview of ETFs, funds, derivatives and regulatory requirements
- Extensive knowledge of the market, competitors and trends and a strong affinity for and understanding of customer needs in the securities area
- Practical experience in project work and conceptual tasks, ideally in an agile environment
- Proactive and goal-oriented approach and enjoyment of working in multidisciplinary teams
- Strong analytical skills, holistic thinking, quick comprehension and excellent communication skills
- Ability to think beyond your own horizon and develop sustainable solutions
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
