About the role

Drive the full product lifecycle from MVP through scalable production release
Build frontend components delivering responsive UIs with modern frameworks
Develop backend APIs and databases that are scalable and maintainable
Integrate and manage third-party APIs for seamless data flow
Analyze data and build efficient data pipelines (preferred)
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
Work on multiple internal projects with both backend and frontend responsibilities
Design well-structured, maintainable APIs enabling future team integrations

Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with frontend technologies and frameworks (mid-level or higher)
Proven expertise in backend development, API design, and database management
Experience with data analysis and pipeline construction is a plus
Skilled in modern development tools and AI-assisted coding (e.g., Cursor, Copilot)
Prior experience in data/web scraping, MarTech, or SalesTech is highly desirable
Strong architectural mindset focused on scalability, maintainability, and clean integration points
Experience with Python and Node.js, React and/or Vue
Experience with PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB, S3, Redis, REST or GraphQL, AWS, Git
Fluent English (upper-intermediate or higher) would be a plus
Startup-savvy with an MVP mindset
Availability to work Monday to Friday 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM/10:00 PM EEST (Kyiv Time)
