About the role

  • Senior Full-Stack/Backend Engineer role focused on building an internal product (backend 80%, frontend 20%)
  • Project-based contract delivering scalable, maintainable backend APIs and databases
  • Integrate and manage third-party APIs and build efficient data pipelines (preferred)
  • Build responsive frontend components with modern frameworks
  • Drive full product lifecycle from MVP to production and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Host primarily on AWS and emphasize clean integrations and scalable architecture
  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM/10:00 PM EEST (Kyiv Time)

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in backend development, API design, and database management
  • Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with frontend technologies and frameworks (mid-level or higher)
  • Experience with data analysis and pipeline construction is a plus
  • Skilled in modern development tools and AI-assisted coding (e.g., Cursor, Copilot)
  • Prior experience in data/web scraping, MarTech, or SalesTech is highly desirable
  • Strong architectural mindset focused on scalability, maintainability, and clean integration points
  • Tech stack includes Python and JavaScript (Node.js and frontend frameworks); AWS hosting experience
  • Language: Ukrainian/Russian required; fluent English (upper-intermediate or higher)
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
  • Problem-solver who thrives on complex challenges
