As a Level 3 IT Support Specialist, you will provide expert-level support for Azure, Microsoft 365, and Google services, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical excellence.\n
What You\'ll Do:\n
Architect and optimize enterprise-scale solutions across Azure, M365, and Google Workspace\n
Lead critical incident resolution and serve as the escalation point for complex technical challenges\n
Design and implement zero-trust security architectures that protect without hindering productivity\n
Manage Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments\n
Deploy Microsoft security baselines and Defender for Endpoint across our infrastructure\n
Architect Data Loss Prevention strategies using MS Purview with automatic sensitivity labeling\n
Implement Privileged Identity Management (PIM) with intelligent approval workflows\n
Configure compliance reporting and vulnerability assessment frameworks\n
Build sophisticated automation using PowerShell, Logic Apps, and Azure Runbooks\n
Create self-healing infrastructure and automated provisioning workflows\n
Design Windows Autopilot deployments for zero-touch device provisioning\n
Implement automated device cleanup policies and lifecycle management\n
Lead domain-to-cloud migrations with minimal business disruption\n
Implement Intune VM Management for next-generation device control\n
Drive adoption of AI tools and automation solutions\n
Mentor junior engineers and share your expertise\n
Create comprehensive technical documentation and troubleshooting procedures\n
Lead knowledge transfer sessions and establish change management processes
Requirements
Cloud Mastery: Deep expertise in Azure (AVD, networking, cost management), M365 administration, and Google Workspace\n
Security Focus: Hands-on experience with Entra ID and Microsoft security frameworks\n
Automation Expertise: Advanced PowerShell scripting and experience with modern automation platforms\n
Device Management: Proven track record with Intune, Windows Autopilot, and endpoint management\n
Infrastructure Knowledge: Strong networking, Windows OS (including Windows 11), and Hyper-V skills\n
Azure Virtual Desktop: Managing pooled and personal VMs\n
Data Protection: Microsoft Purview implementation, DLP policies, sensitivity labeling\n
Integration Development: API development\n
5+ years in enterprise IT infrastructure roles\n
Demonstrated success in cloud migrations and modernization projects\n
Experience with ITIL frameworks and ITSM tools (Jira, Confluence, InFlow)\n
Track record of implementing security best practices and compliance frameworks\n
Proven ability to deliver efficiency improvements through automation\n\nWould be an advantage:\n
Relevant Microsoft certifications (Azure, M365, Security, Intune)\n
Experience with AI/ML tools and their practical applications\n
Background in large-scale enterprise transformations (1000+ devices)\n
