About the role

  • Develop deep expertise in cloud and blockchain infrastructure technologies to deliver production-ready solutions on InfStones’ platform.
  • Work with sales and cross-functional teams to translate complex client requirements into tailored, scalable solutions.
  • Troubleshoot critical technical issues, engage with open-source communities, and contribute to next-generation platform solutions.
  • Support pre-sales with technical deep-dives, demonstrations, and training.
  • Collaborate with Cloud Infrastructure and Business Development teams and provide support for critical customer operational issues.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for high-profile technology problems and advise customers on resolution.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in developing solutions for product, and platform as a service.
  • 3-5 years in customer-facing, technical architecture, or consulting roles.
  • Understanding encryption and decryption technologies.
  • Proficiency in common programming and scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.).
  • Familiar with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azura, or similar.
  • Experienced with command lines (Bash/Zash), cloud service, and operation systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic data analytics skills and ability to utilize relevant tools effectively to present insights.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of blockchain.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of container technologies and virtualization like Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Preferred: Experience with Agile management tools, and CRM software including the configuration, and development of dashboards and reports.
