About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage end-to-end stringing activity for greenfield and brownfield projects according to SOPs
- Lead site execution activities for end-to-end stringing works
- Ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure work complies with QHSE standards during charged and uncharged conditions
- Coordinate with the client to achieve planned targets
- Ensure site compliance with local utility and client requirements
- Maintain ground liaison with local stakeholders to avoid work interruptions
- Coordinate drone pilots, fitters, and technicians to complete work according to guidelines
- Supervise daily site activities, including work plans for smaller EPCs and gangs, to meet monthly targets
- Lead safety and quality protocols at site and ensure daily toolbox talks
- Ensure safety PPE and first aid kits are available at site during work execution
- Ensure site-related compliances are completed and documented during charged and discharged working conditions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Mid-level experience
- Ability to manage end-to-end stringing activities for greenfield and brownfield projects
- Knowledge of SOPs and site execution for stringing works
- Knowledge of QHSE standards and safety and quality protocols
- Ability to coordinate with clients, internal and external stakeholders, local utilities, and local stakeholders
- Ability to supervise drone pilots, fitters, technicians, EPCs, and gangs
- Ability to ensure site compliance and documentation during charged and uncharged/discharged working conditions
- Ability to conduct daily toolbox talks and ensure availability of safety PPE and first aid kits
