About the role

  • Support the Head of Product to ensure the ongoing success of the Digital Empowerment Suite in line with Infoxchange’s mission, strategy and values
  • Translate product strategy into epics, features and user stories, shaping and maintaining backlogs and release plans across CCM, the Service Directory and related products
  • Work with the Head of Product, CTO, fellow Product Managers and technical teams spanning One ‑ IX to prioritise work, participate in sprint and release planning and manage roadmap execution
  • Consider customer outcomes, sector impact and technology advancement throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring changes deliver real value and are practical to implement
  • Contribute to business and investment cases that support roadmap initiatives and prepare material for review and approval
  • Own day ‑ to ‑ day operational product tasks such as maintaining pricing and the product pricelist and keeping standard contract schedules and T&Cs up to date within agreed commercial frameworks
  • Provide timely product information, pricing inputs and configuration guidance to support new customer acquisitions, lead generation and in ‑ contract change
  • Help maintain strong alignment between market demand, our products and services, engaging with customers and advisory groups such as the Community Advisory Group (CAG) where appropriate
  • Contribute to a culture of customer focus, delivery of outcomes and continuous improvement across product and cross ‑ functional delivery teams
  • In collaboration with Marketing and the Head of Product, support communications and thought ‑ leadership content for channels such as social media, customer newsletters and sector events.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience as a Product Manager creating, launching and evolving products, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment; case management, CRM or workflow ‑ based experience is a plus
  • A solid understanding of product development practices and frameworks across the product lifecycle, and confidence applying them in a practical, delivery ‑ focused way
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to turn insights into clear backlog priorities and product improvements
  • Experience in value proposition design and tools such as the business model canvas, and the ability to apply these in support of portfolio ‑ level strategy
  • Excellent problem ‑ solving, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical, delivery and customer ‑ facing teams
  • An understanding of, or strong interest in, the not ‑ for ‑ profit and community services sector and digital strategies within mission ‑ driven organisations
  • Genuine motivation to improve societal outcomes and a belief in the role of technology for social justice.
