About the role
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with judicial stakeholders (IT teams, judges, court staff, attorneys, court registries/administrative offices) to understand processes and capture needs in depth.
- Process Modeling: Map and model processes using BPMN 2.0, identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies and automation opportunities with an analytical mindset and systems view.
- Documentation: Record functional and non-functional requirements clearly and with an appropriate level of detail, using document analysis, direct observation and prototyping.
- Technical Specification: Produce use cases, user stories and flow diagrams that are understandable to both the client and the technical team — you act as a bridge between the two.
