About the role

  • Plan and perform technical analysis for enhancement and bug-fix initiatives;
  • Implement code following the development and quality processes and standards defined by the company and its clients;
  • Create and maintain the technical documentation required for the operation and maintenance of software;
  • Collaborate with the team and the client across the entire software development lifecycle, from conception to value delivery;
  • Adhere to the company’s and clients’ integrity and confidentiality policies.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or related fields;
  • 3 to 5 years of experience as a Java Developer using Java Enterprise technologies and/or Spring Boot;
  • Strong object-oriented programming skills and familiarity with higher-order functions;
  • Good knowledge of the HTTP protocol and interoperability standards between systems;
  • Proficiency in code versioning using GIT-based workflows;
  • Solid understanding of continuous integration and continuous delivery concepts;
  • Good knowledge of SQL, query optimization, and building stored procedures and triggers;
  • Good knowledge of dependency management and automated build tools for software projects;
  • Experience developing with Java Enterprise and the Spring Framework, HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, PostgreSQL, GIT and Apache Maven 3.6.1+;
  • Java Professional certification or equivalent;
  • Technical English.
