About the role
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders (judges, court staff, lawyers, court departments, etc.) to understand business processes and identify needs.
- Documentation: Record functional and non-functional requirements clearly and with an appropriate level of detail. Use techniques such as document analysis, direct observation, and prototyping.
- Process Analysis: Map and model processes using BPMN notation. Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation.
- Technical Specifications: Create use cases, user stories, and flow diagrams that are understandable to both stakeholders and the technical team.
- Solution Validation: Participate in the validation of deliverables, ensuring they meet specified requirements. Support functional and acceptance testing.
- Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate communication between the client and the technical team, anticipating deviations and contributing to problem resolution.
- Adoption and Training: Assist in preparing user manuals and training materials. Monitor solution adoption and propose continuous improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Postgraduate degree or specialization in BPM, Business Analysis, Project Management, or related areas is desirable.
- Solid experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst in IT projects or process automation initiatives.
- Experience in projects for the legal sector or in courts of justice is desirable.
- Practical experience with BPM modeling and automation tools.
