About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive sales of the Infovista Platform in the AMER region, with ownership of the entire quote to cash process.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all major customers and prospects in the region
- Definition and execution of Account sales strategies and business plans to drive growth and profitability
- Develop qualified pipelines, and provide accurate forecast
- Oversee Marketing and Demand Generation activities
- Drive VARs and channel partners to maximize coverage, and grow sales
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years’ experience in selling Enterprise Software to CSPs, FSI, Retail, Utilities & Healthcare groups.
- Knowledge of the CX & Contact Center space.
- Expert knowledge and practical experience of at least one major B2B sales methodology- preferably the SPICED Framework.
- Track record of effective engagement with senior executives.
- Ability to travel within the AMER region to meet customers.
- Bachelor's in business studies
