About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and maintain the InfoTrust brand guidelines, ensuring cohesion in typography, color theory, and identity systems across all global touchpoints.
- Execute high-fidelity digital assets for web, social, and email, alongside complex print production needs including packaging and vendor-ready file delivery.
- Utilize Figma to establish wireframes, components, and design systems, applying accessibility (WCAG) and usability best practices to support product development.
- Strategically use tools like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, and Claude Design to accelerate production while exercising expert judgment on design quality.
- Organize and maintain design libraries, naming conventions, and versioning to ensure a seamless handoff for developers and other stakeholders.
- Provide clear creative direction and feedback to freelancers and vendors, championing a culture where design is treated as a strategic asset rather than a commodity.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Design Operations Mastery: You are a champion of Design Ops, possessing the organizational discipline to manage a steady volume of 10–15 high-quality assets per week with minimal oversight.
- Strategic Influence: You view feedback as a gift and possess the deep graphic design foundations—color, typography, hierarchy—to confidently influence stakeholders while remaining curious and collaborative.
- Technical Breadth: You possess an advanced mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) with the ability to defend design decisions rooted in objectivity.
- Brand Stewardship: You have a proven track record of maintaining brand books and identity systems for complex, international, or B2B organizations.
- User-Centric Execution: You understand UX principles and can synthesize usability findings into functional, beautiful layouts.
- Cross-Functional Collaborator: You can communicate complex design concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Resilient & Adaptable: You thrive in a high-velocity environment and can pivot quickly as project priorities shift.
- Objective Problem Solver: You approach challenges with a "curious, not judgmental" mindset, seeking the best solution for the brand.
- Great communicator: B2 English proficiency.
