About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build, execute, and continuously improve student growth programs across campus activations, partnerships, and incentives
  • Develop and scale initiatives such as campus ambassador programs, referral systems, and local engagement activities
  • Independently manage operational programs with a strong focus on scalability, efficiency, and measurable impact
  • Contribute to seasonal campaigns aligned with key student travel moments (e.g. summer breaks, graduation, group travel periods)
  • Partner with Growth Marketing to optimize referral, incentive, and conversion programs
  • Work with Supply teams to identify and activate relevant accommodation and travel options for students
  • Support the development and scaling of affiliate and influencer programs within the student segment
  • Collaborate closely with Partnerships and Communications teams to design new growth initiatives
  • Build and maintain relationships with student organizations, university groups, and campus communities
  • Activate and grow campus programs and local student networks
  • Identify cultural trends, behavioral patterns, and evolving needs within student travel audiences
  • Track and analyze performance across all student programs and campaigns
  • Create reports, post-campaign analyses, and actionable recommendations for optimization
  • Use data-driven insights to continuously improve engagement, conversion, and overall program impact.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2-5 years of experience in growth marketing, business development, or program/project management
  • Experience building or scaling community, campus, or youth-focused programs
  • Strong data-driven mindset with a focus on testing, optimization, and performance improvement
  • Hands-on approach with a passion for building programs from the ground up
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams
  • Strong communication skills in cross-functional and international environments
  • Genuine interest in travel, community building, and student audiences.
