Managing payroll processes, including calculating gross and net salaries such as base pay, overtime, bonuses, benefits, deductions, contributions, and taxes.
Maintaining and updating payroll and HR-related documentation, including salary adjustments, new hires, terminations, and leave records.
Verifying payroll data and ensuring compliance with current regulations.
Recording and reconciling payroll-related general ledger entries.
Monitoring compliance with labor laws and payroll-related legislation.
Providing guidance and support to employees and managers on payroll-related matters.
Handling and overseeing travel and expense processes, including expense report reviews, receipt audits, and corporate card management.
Collaborating with teams across different locations and business areas, including participation in international projects.
Requirements
Professional experience in payroll and/or travel and expense processes.
Strong knowledge of labor law and payroll-related tax regulations.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Independence and accountability in managing assigned tasks.
Good command of English, both spoken and written.
Experience working in an international environment and in process improvement projects is a plus.
