About the role

  • Plan and execute weekly and monthly communication initiatives to keep the customer community informed and engaged.
  • Co-own the help center by writing, reviewing, and maintaining articles, and keeping the knowledge hub accurate and up to date.
  • Build and update community courses and clearly communicate product changes in collaboration with product teams.
  • Support the planning, scheduling, and coordination of events and webinars aligned with communication goals.
  • Share updates through the right channels and support customers with product-related questions when needed.
  • Follow up on plans, schedule meetings, prepare agendas, mentor junior coordinators, troubleshoot issues, report bugs, and collect product feedback.

Requirements

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Confidence managing stakeholders and setting clear expectations
  • Ability to think both critically and creatively, work to deadlines, and iterate quickly based on feedback
  • A flexible, quick learner who can become autonomous in answering customer questions
  • Natural leadership skills with a coaching and mentoring approach
