About the role

  • Support customers in using a learning software platform
  • Run 1:1 meetings, trainings, and troubleshooting sessions
  • Set up and manage project plans (templates provided)
  • Follow up on milestones, risks, and action items
  • Schedule meetings and prepare agendas
  • Solve issues and coordinate next steps
  • Respond to customer requests via email
  • Log and follow up on bug reports
  • Collect and share product feedback

Requirements

  • Strong communication and expectation management skills
  • Confidence in facilitating meetings
  • Excellent written English
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, customer support, or client-facing roles
  • Comfort working across a wide range of topics and stakeholders
  • Ability to work to deadlines and iterate quickly on feedback
