About the role
- Support customers in using a learning software platform
- Run 1:1 meetings, trainings, and troubleshooting sessions
- Set up and manage project plans (templates provided)
- Follow up on milestones, risks, and action items
- Schedule meetings and prepare agendas
- Solve issues and coordinate next steps
- Respond to customer requests via email
- Log and follow up on bug reports
- Collect and share product feedback
Requirements
- Strong communication and expectation management skills
- Confidence in facilitating meetings
- Excellent written English
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, customer support, or client-facing roles
- Comfort working across a wide range of topics and stakeholders
- Ability to work to deadlines and iterate quickly on feedback
