About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own email automation, campaign operations, marketing technology, and analytics to support marketing initiatives
- Ensure all marketing efforts are measurable, optimized, and continuously improving
- Streamline marketing team operations to support initiatives that drive growth, enhance brand presence, and improve conversion metrics
- Manage campaign execution from setup through launch, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness
- Coordinate external vendors to support marketing initiatives and campaign execution
- Oversee marketing platforms and tools to ensure they are effectively supporting team needs
- Support website and content operations to ensure alignment with marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Build and maintain the systems, processes, and performance infrastructure that power marketing efforts
- Balance strategic ownership of marketing operations with day to day execution to keep campaigns running effectively
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3 + years of experience in marketing operations or a related field
- Experience working in a business to business marketing environment preferred
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Pardot or HubSpot
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions and improve performance
- Experience managing marketing campaigns and coordinating cross functional stakeholders and external vendors
- Experience with website management platforms such as WordPress
- Understanding of search engine optimization principles and best practices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Curiosity and interest in using data to understand customer behavior and improve outcomes
