About the role

  • Track and analyze revenue across all streams, including sales, renewals, partners, professional services, and consulting.
  • Partner with managers of internal teams (and their direct reports) to identify revenue leakage, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities.
  • Establish clear revenue KPIs and accountability frameworks across departments.
  • Proactively identify and drive initiatives to maximize revenue and reduce waste.
  • Own revenue‑related dashboards in Power BI, aggregating critical and core data from:
  • Sales
  • Partners
  • Customer Support
  • Consulting / Professional Services
  • Ensure leadership has real‑time access to accurate, actionable revenue metrics.
  • Improve data quality, consistency, and definitions across systems.
  • Prepare a Monthly Management Pack for executives and shareholders, including:
  • Revenue performance vs. plan
  • Trends and forecasts
  • Key risks and opportunities
  • Department‑level insights and recommendations
  • Present findings clearly and confidently to senior leadership.
  • Act as a trusted revenue partner to Sales, Finance, Operations, and Executive teams.
  • Translate complex data into clear narratives that drive action.
  • Support planning, forecasting, and strategic initiatives tied to company growth.
  • Tracking and Aggregating Metrics the Success and Rule-Set building teams
  • Success Team Metrics: renewal rates, churn prevention, recurring tickets, ticket response time for non-revenue teams, client feedback, leveraging AI
  • Ruleset Team Metrics: Rules development, consistency, responsiveness, client feedback, leveraging AI
  • Integrated and Partner Channel Metrics: partner growth, scaling through implementation partner, partner feedback and quarterly

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in operations, rev ops, business operations, or a similar role within a SaaS, technology, or data-driven company
  • Experience working with CRM, analytics, and reporting platforms (direct experience with Salesforce and Power BI is helpful but not required)
  • Proven ability to step into new tools quickly and apply best practices from comparable platforms
  • Obsessed with leverages AI—you actively explore, test, and implement AI-driven solutions to improve processes and outcomes
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect data, systems, and strategy
  • Comfortable operating in a high-growth, fast-changing environment with minimal bureaucracy
  • Excellent communication skills and a track record of cross-functional collaboration
  • Experience working cross‑functionally with sales, customer‑facing, and operational teams.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS revenue models, KPIs, and performance drivers.
  • Preferred: Experience in legal tech, professional services, or Microsoft‑centric SaaS environments.
  • Familiarity with forecasting, budgeting, and board‑level reporting.
