About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead program management across the full lifecycle of Oracle Cloud transformation programmes, from assessments and discovery through design, build, deployment, and hypercare
Drive pre-implementation assessments and discovery workshops to evaluate current-state processes, define future-state vision, and build the business case for Oracle Cloud adoption
Manage project workstreams comprising onshore and offshore resources and oversee overall delivery of Oracle ERP/EPM Cloud transformation programmes
Manage large delivery teams designing end-to-end solutions and ensure deliverables align with design principles, standards, and methodologies
Use knowledge of the Oracle Cloud roadmap, Oracle offerings, industry guidance, and leading practices to facilitate executive-level business decisions
Inspire and develop junior colleagues and support their professional development
Manage diverse teams within an inclusive team culture
Support requirement workshops, define problem statements, analyse business requirements, create to-be flows and fit-gap documentation, provide solution alternatives, create detailed design documentation, and test
