Contribute to market visibility through thought leadership, client events, and go-to-market initiatives.
Lead large-scale learning transformation programmes from strategy through execution.
Act as an executive sponsor for client engagements, ensuring delivery excellence and strong client outcomes.
Manage global, cross-functional teams and delivery partners across complex transformation environments.
Ensure effective governance, risk management, quality assurance, and continuous improvement across client portfolios.
Drive innovation in learning design, delivery, and managed services models.
Advise clients on emerging trends in workforce transformation, including AI-enabled learning, skills intelligence, digital learning experiences, and Learning-as-a-Service models.
Support the development of frameworks, methodologies, and assets that strengthen Infosys Consulting's learning transformation capabilities.
Develop and maintain strategic partnerships across the learning technology ecosystem, including LMS, LXP, skills, and talent platforms.
Lead, coach, and develop consulting teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Create an environment that encourages innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Establish and promote best practices, delivery standards, and operational excellence across the practice.

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience within Learning, Talent, Workforce Transformation, HR Transformation, or Management Consulting.
Proven success leading and selling large-scale learning transformation programmes.
Strong understanding of modern learning ecosystems, digital learning technologies, and enterprise learning operating models.
Experience leading global, cross-functional teams in complex client environments.
Strong executive presence with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and C-suite leaders.
Commercially minded, with the ability to connect learning investments to business outcomes.
Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills in German and English.
Experience in Learning Managed Services, Upskilling & Reskilling, or Learning Systems Integration.
Experience working with learning technology providers, LMS/LXP platforms, and skills intelligence solutions.
Experience selling and delivering consulting-led transformation programmes.
Relevant degree or postgraduate qualification in Learning, Education, HR, Psychology, Organizational Development, Technology, or a related field.
