About the role

  • You would lead Supply Chain Planning workstreams in client-focused and dynamic international projects, with strong autonomy and guidance
  • Act as functional and solution expert to proactively advise customers and deliver outstanding results in your areas of expertise
  • Planning, conception, and implementation of complex SCM (Supply Chain Management) transformation projects over the entire project life cycle
  • Contribute to business development, from the request for information to the proposal submission and presentation
  • Participate actively to the development of the practice, including service offerings development support, training, and knowledge management

Requirements

  • **Minimum 3 years of IBP and/or Kinaxis implementation programs in roles like Functional lead, Solution Architect or SME **(alternatively: same role on industry side)
  • **Minimum 7 years of consulting experience in Supply Chain Planning **among the following areas: Forecasting, Demand Planning, S&OP, Supply Planning, Production Planning, SC Control Tower.
  • **Must have work experience in leading IT consulting companies**
  • Ideally a solution expert in one of the leading supply chain planning tools, **especially SAP IBP or/and Kinaxis**
  • Software vendor background (SAP and/or Kinaxis)
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including demand planning, inventory management, and production scheduling.
  • Experience in Planning, conception, and implementation of complex SCM (Supply Chain Management) transformation projects over the entire project life cycle.
  • Experience in evaluating existing supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement using SAP IBP or Kinaxis.
  • Experience in leading the implementation of supply chain solutions, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry standards.
  • Ideally industry experience either in **Manufacturing, CGP, and/or Life Science.**
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in English and ideally in a second language (e. g. German, French)
  • Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
  • Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences
  • Project-related mobility/willingness to travel
  • Certification in SAP IBP or Kinaxis is a plus.
  • Familiarity with other supply chain management software.
