Requirements

  • Provide leadership and direction to capture and sell transformation solutions and services
  • Accountability for consulting revenues and operating margins (annual revenue target quoted)
  • Act as trusted advisor to clients within relevant market segments
  • Manage business opportunities at key accounts to capitalise on opportunities
  • Lead efforts to strengthen and broaden Infosys Consulting’s presence at client accounts
  • Ensure consistent delivery of services, solutions, and products on time and within cost
  • Coordinate relationship-building with partners, engagement managers, and subject-matter professionals
  • Assist with proposal development focusing on value proposition and win themes
  • Provide leadership, coaching, mentoring and performance development to subordinate managers
  • Highly commercial, able to engage senior executives and exceed targets
  • Previous leadership experience within a services organisation, managing direct and matrixed teams
  • Anticipate and define innovative solutions for client problems
  • Strong networks and involvement in industry activities and thought leadership
  • Comfortable building empathy, credibility and trust at senior client levels
  • Proven track record selling and delivering consulting and technology services
  • Ability to operate and excel in a changing and dynamic environment
  • Recognised expert within technology domain and align function with business requirements
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to represent complex concepts clearly
  • Collaborative team player with willingness to lead by example
  • Passionate about disruptive innovation and transformational ideas
  • Mature interpersonal and influencing skills at senior client levels
  • Commitment to advancing the Infosys brand through personal and professional growth
  • Ability to travel extensively as required
