Requirements

  • Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing AI projects and leading technical teams, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of AI, machine learning, deep learning techniques, and data science concepts.
  • Leadership experience: At least 2-3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) is mandatory; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills; good communication; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; proactive and results oriented.
