About the role

Combine technical expertise with leadership to drive DevOps and SRE practices
Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
Oversee CI/CD pipelines: automate build, test, and deployment processes
Manage Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) and provisioning
Implement and maintain monitoring and logging systems to track performance and detect issues
Promote collaboration between development and operations teams
Integrate security practices into the DevOps workflow
Lead incident detection and response to minimize downtime
Develop automation for repetitive tasks to improve efficiency
Optimize application performance and scalability
Prepare and implement disaster recovery plans for business continuity
Define and measure Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and prioritize reliability improvements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
10-12 years of experience in software development, operations, or a related field
5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps and SRE practices, including CI/CD, IaC, monitoring, and automation
2-3 years of leadership or managerial experience guiding teams and projects
Strong technical background with tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, Docker
Excellent communication skills and ability to foster collaboration between development and operations teams
Strong knowledge of Telecommunications domains
Fluent in English (written and spoken) mandatory; Knowledge of Dutch is a plus
Strong leadership skills, stakeholder management, proactive and results oriented
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
