About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support installation, rollout, and integration of network management software in complex network environments.
  • Act as NCCM expert for Cisco, Huawei, Palo Alto, HPE/Juniper, and FortiNet devices.
  • Act as a technical advisor to the Sales team.
  • Support preparation of tender offers, respond to RFIs and RFQs, and deliver product demonstrations to customers and prospects.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Understanding of large IT and telecommunications networks.
  • Comfortable working with technologies such as SNMP, IPv6, Kafka, or comparable tools and protocols.
  • NCCM expertise across different device vendors (Cisco, Huawei, Palo Alto, HPE/Juniper, FortiNet).
  • Clear communication and strong English skills.
  • Prepared to travel for on-site visits to customers.
  • Programming skills to write small scripts for technical tasks, automation, or troubleshooting are a plus.
