About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support installation, rollout, and integration of network management software in complex network environments.
Act as NCCM expert for Cisco, Huawei, Palo Alto, HPE/Juniper, and FortiNet devices.
Act as a technical advisor to the Sales team.
Support preparation of tender offers, respond to RFIs and RFQs, and deliver product demonstrations to customers and prospects.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Understanding of large IT and telecommunications networks.
Comfortable working with technologies such as SNMP, IPv6, Kafka, or comparable tools and protocols.
NCCM expertise across different device vendors (Cisco, Huawei, Palo Alto, HPE/Juniper, FortiNet).
Clear communication and strong English skills.
Prepared to travel for on-site visits to customers.
Programming skills to write small scripts for technical tasks, automation, or troubleshooting are a plus.
