About the role
- Supervises a team of test specialists and manages complex, state-of-the-art test programs
- Translates complex program requirements into testable objectives
- Analyzes and recommends test cycle, test plans, safety reviews, and detailed test objectives
- Manages and works effectively with diverse organizations and personalities to execute a successful test program
- Applies complex test methodologies and compensates for limitations and restrictions
- Develops overall test strategy to include objectives, methodologies, analysis, and schedules
- Independently assesses system performance against stated requirements
- Applies test discipline to design a thorough and executable test program
- Leads analysis efforts to dissect output data, interface with the client, and provide clear results and recommendations
- Applies use cases and user stories to create test cases
Requirements
- Eligibility to obtain a Department of Homeland Security suitability (Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies)
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree
- Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority
- Must have 5 years of relevant experience
- Five (5) years of Oracle EBS R12.2 platform experience
- Experience in testing software applications, including system, regression, acceptance, end to end, performance, and automation testing
- Experience in an Agile environment
- Knowledge of System Operations, Engineering, and DevOps integration
- Experience developing and maintaining test cases using designated automated test tools
- Must have detailed familiarity with commercial test environments and operating procedures
- Experience supervising a team of test specialists and managing complex, state-of-the-art test programs
- Experience translating complex program requirements into testable objectives
- Experience analyzing and recommending test cycle, test plans, safety reviews, and detailed test objectives
- Oral presentation experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
